Main activity zones, food stalls, and performance areas are located on flat grass or paved surfaces.
Pathways are kept clear to allow movement for wheelchairs, mobility aids, and prams.
Temporary structures are positioned to allow clear circulation space.

Please note that as this is an outdoor event in a public park, ground conditions may vary depending on the weather.

Accessible toilets are available on-site and clearly signposted.
Toilets are located close to main activity areas where possible.

Assistance Animals

Accredited assistance animals are welcome at the event.
